Q for @fmanjoo: If you owned a small broadband ISP (15k subs) & you got a letter from Google demanding $1/mo./sub for future access to search, maps, Gmail, Drive and YouTube, you would not have a business if you didn't pay. BTW: Google's letter - totally legal under Title II.
