न्यायपालिका को लगता है देश की 2% सरकारी नौकरी में 49% OBC SC-ST आरक्षण गरीबी उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम है.
98% नौकरी प्राइवेट सेक्टर में है. इस पर कोई बात ही करने को तैयार नही है.
OBC SC-ST समाज के गरीबों की बहुत चिंता है तो प्राइवेट सेक्टर की 98% नौकरियों को आरक्षण लागू किया जाए.
बहुजन समाज का आरोप है प्राइवेट सेक्टर की नौकरियों में सवर्ण समाज का ओवर रिप्रजेंटेशन है. जीता जागता उदाहरण : न्यूज़ चैनलों में ज्यादातर पत्रकार और न्यूज़ एंकर सवर्ण हैं.
यह जानने के लिए डाइवर्सिटी रिपोर्ट जारी करने का नियम बनना चाहिए. लेकिन न्यायपालिका कभी सवर्ण हितों के खिलाफ एक लाइन नही बोलेगी. देश में अब कोलेजियम खत्म करने पर बहस होनी चाहिए. मित्रों हैशटैग के टॉप ट्रेंड करें.
