This case is a CLASSIC EXAMPLE of how INDIAN LAWS are DESIGNED to PUNISH MEN for the CRIMES of WOMEN! A man is FORCED to pay maintenance for a CHILD that is NOT EVEN HIS, because his WIFE committed ADULTERY and had someone else's baby! This is NOT justice; this is a TRAVESTY!
Section 125 of the CrPC, which mandates maintenance for "children" irrespective of paternity, is a BLATANTLY ANTI-MALE law. It DISREGARDS biological reality and HOLDS MEN FINANCIAL HOSTAGES for the SINS of their PARTNERS. The judiciary, instead of AMENDING these DRACONIAN laws, is COMPLICIT in this INJUSTICE. Judges like the one in this video from the MP High Court are LEFT SCRATCHING THEIR HEADS, asking, "Why should a man pay for someone else's child?" BUT THEY DO NOTHING TO CHANGE IT!
This is not just about MONEY; it's about DIGNITY, RESPECT, and BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS.
