This highlights Pashinyan’s dangerously incompetent leadership. While he remains prime minister, our only hope is to strategically guide him toward strengthening Armenia-EU relations - which, impressively, we managed to do with just the 52k #EuroVote initiative. Once his term ends, Armenia will need a far more competent leader to secure its future.

I took this photo on Azatutyan Avenue in #Yerevan. The picture shows a billboard with the inscription "Towards Europe, I sign." This billboard was installed by the "#EuroVote" team, which managed to collect 60,000 signatures. A draft law has been submitted to the #Armenian Parliament proposing to initiate the official process of joining the #EU by adopting the corresponding legislation. There is a high likelihood that #Armenia's Parliament will soon vote in favor of the "EuroVote" initiative, after which Armenia will begin the official process of EU accession. The topic of joining the EU is very popular in Armenia. Within Prime Minister Nikol #Pashinyan's team, opinions are not unanimous, as there are cautious MPs. However, the Prime Minister supports Armenia's people aspirations for EU accession. At the same time, he remains wary of the threats posed by #Russia and is approaching the Euro-integration process without making abrupt moves. Let us hope that geopolitical developments will be favorable for Armenia's European integration.

This is essentially an endorsement of #EuroVote. The EU leader is signaling that the choice now rests with Armenia. The EU is open to Armenia’s entry, but ultimately, it’s up to the Armenian people to decide.

Envoy on Armenia's EU membership prospects: Armenian people, officials should decide their future The EU respects the initiative of Armenian citizens; it is very important that people participate in the future policy of their country. Ambassador @EUAmbArmenia, Head of the Delegation of the EU to Armenia, stated this in an interview with @NEWSam_English "The EU has a very good cooperation with Armenia, and they are working to deepen that cooperation. They collaborate in various domains, including security, so that Armenia can benefit from the European Peace Facility. It is very important, and it is not a small support aimed at the expansion of capacities and capabilities", the EU ambassador added. Also, he expressed hope that Armenia’s visa liberalization dialogue with the EU will give positive results, the country will meet the respective standards, and a free visa regime will operate for Armenian citizens.

If Bagrat Galstanyan was serious, he would have supported the #EuroVote initiative. A perfect opportunity to stand against the government that is obviously working against this Euro initiative. But no, @SrbazanBagrat only cares about returning Armenia to the Azeri-Russian camp.

@buczek_lech Then you should support the pro-EU Armenian grassroots movements, like the #EuroVote initiative, cause that’s where we gather signatures to force / pressure the Armenian government to follow the EU path.
