Hey @TD_Canada Resolving my Maui flight with #ExpediaforTD was absolute torture. Excruciating resolution process, gives TD bad name. Loyal TD Visa user but unless ExpediaforTD service majorly improves, won't use them again & now questioning my TD Visa over my other travel cards.

While we are disappointed our trip to 🇮🇪 has been cancelled we have been amazed by how quick our credits and refunds have been processed.

Have to tip my hat to @TD_Canada service on two counts today. First with #expediafortd I got a call out of the blue this morning regarding my wife’s planned flight that I had been meaning to call to cancel. Five minutes later, it was handled with refund on its way. 1/2

Hi @ExpediaCA - Finally reached an agent after 7.5 hours on hold on Sunday. The airline had confirmed my refund, so agent called to get a waiver code. Call disconnected, haven't heard back from you w/ confirmation of refund. Need #ExpediaforTD to do your part. @TD_Canada @Expedia

@TD_Canada @TD_Canada tried that too. Not working. Your Tdrewards/ #ExpediaforTD has been hiding and leveraging the pandemic to avoid refunds. Please add additional ways to get support. Any ideas or better keep promoting #expediaboycott to get attention??? I feel scammed!!

2 weeks after I was scheduled to fly and I still can’t get any answers or response from @TD_Canada @ExpediaCA will I get a credit? Will I get my points reimbursed? It’s a mystery #ExpediaforTD
@TD_Canada Booked a trip through #ExpediaforTD using TD rewards points. Obviously the trip was cancelled (COVID-19). Expedia hasn’t refunded us but TD reversed our points and put an $1800 charge on our credit card without asking. An extra 1800 on our bill for a cancelled flight.
YES! If u have an all inclusive packaged booked through
#ExpediaforTD for @airtransat u will get a credit to use for 24 months. To avail your credit u quote ur confirmation number in the future & can be only booked thru phone. Don't bother calling I waited 3 hours to hear this.
