Some more information about today's Fortnite update. Here are traffic graphs of some of the European #IXPs, the list is not exhaustive.

@noIPv6 @Cloudflare My provider Seltimil (FNE was upstream during probs) hasn't commented anything, but I see they changed routing from FNE to #FICIX and v6 started working again. With higher latency though, Seltimil has unoptimal routing to FICIX for the customers in the Helsinki area 😞

Hi @Hetzner_Online and @Cloudflare, you are both at #FICIX in Helsinki, Finland. Why is traffic between you routed via a Russian organization?

About the major Microsoft traffic problem yesterday in #Finland: This is the statistics of the assumed Microsoft port in #FICIX. Now, who tried to fix the exceptional inbound traffic by doing "something"? 😂

Yksi Euroopan vanhimmista internet-liikenteen solmukohdista laajenee Telian datakeskukseen. Kaikki keskeiset suomalaiset verkot ovat kytkeytyneet FICIX-solmupisteisiin. #datacenter #datakeskus #turvallisuus #teliafinland #ficix https://t.co/v3FVduqOrz

#Koronaetäily vaikutukset Suomen #FICIX -yhdysliikenteesen: silmämääräisesti liikenne noussut ~10 Gbit/s. Huomattava: moni isoista operaattoreista vaihtaa liikennettä keskenään privaattiyhteyksillä, ohi yhdysliikennepisteiden. Pointti: #hyvinmahtuu! https://t.co/BwUHanGLEm

@danieldibswe Have to check again but last time the flows between @Hetzner_Online and @UpCloud (both having DCs in Helsinki area) went via Amsterdam, while both are connected to #FICIX... so there are strange dynamics in cloud routing

Looks like the Finnish Internet exchange point #FICIX has today reached their peak total traffic (for now) of 66.6 Gbps:

Näyttää, että #etätyö lisäsi jonkin verran verkkoliikennettä jo viime viikolla ja tänään vielä enemmän, n. 10% viikon takaiseen. #ficix

#FICIX'in seminaarissa kuuntelemassa mielenkiintoisia puheenvuoroja. Erityisesti Cinian @JoensuuKris visio arktisesta datakaapelista on äärimmäisen kiinnostava Suomen kannalta. #digitalisaatio @CiniaGroup
