I had written about #Flexfood - a very small #Microcap stock 3 yrs ago, and have been waiting for 2 key triggers (1) fund raise/ equity issuance, reqd due to NW erosion on a/c of big losses from expansion (2) improved results by contribution from big capacity expansion Over the last 3 yrs, Co has done aggregate loss of 90cr which has reduced its NW to <10cr.. and its Mcap has reduced from 130cr to just 58cr as stock price has fallen >50%. However, since last 2 qtrs, there is healthy and meaningful improvement in operational performance, with Sales & EBIDTA print at its historical best.. and #Flexfoods turning CASH PROFIT +VE If this improving qtrly trend continues, then the stock warrants a serious re-rating. Add to that, the good and improved financial health of its parent #Uflex which was struggling to grow sales couple of qtrs back, is now at its historical best profitability, and can consider infusing equity into #Flexfoods for BS strengthening Hence, after 3 yrs of weakness, things are seeing very good improvement for #Flexfoods. While it could be little early to call it a turnaround, but numbers are pointing towards the same! A very good set-up of #RisingfromAshes #MakeorBreak

Add to that, the good and improved financial health of its parent #Uflex which was struggling to grow sales couple of qtrs back, is now at its historical best profitability, and can consider infusing equity into #Flexfoods for BS strengthening

Hence, after 3 yrs of weakness, things are seeing very good improvement for #Flexfoods. While it could be little early to call it a turnaround, but numbers are pointing towards the same!

Am waiting fund raise in #Flexfood for last 1 yr. Its losses are widening and NW falling sharply In 2-3 qtrs it will be in quite bad shape if the co doesn't raise equity. Prmtr #Uflex is in stress and unable to support/ infuse But i like the Big expansion co is doing #Microcap

Am waiting fund raise in #Flexfood for last 1 yr. Its losses are widening and NW falling sharply In 2-3 qtrs it will be in quite bad shape if the co doesn't raise equity. Prmtr #Uflex is in stress and unable to support/ infuse But i like the Big expansion co is doing #Microcap

Its #Flexfood promoter by Uflex!!! Am not recommending it nor personally buying it, cos it will be making losses for few qtrs by virtue of interest & deprn on new capex.. and I believe it will require fresh equity infusion down the line.. will watch out !

#Flexfood has posted bigger loss in Q4 due to high interest & deprn on new capex, as expected The capex size has increased to >200cr and debt has risen from <20cr in FY21 to >230cr Losses are reducing NW and weakening its BS Now fresh equity infusion is reqd & awaited..

(2) Did you know this BSE listed #Microcap stock ? a) Mcap <150cr b) Networth = Mcap, P/BV =1 c) Has been paying dividend d) is doing big capex of >1.5x its Mcap e) Prmtr group revenue > US$ 1.5bn f) Prmtr is raising stake Easier to guess!
