All SEC FOIAs “Granted in Full/Denied in Part”: 11.8% MMTLP FOIAs “Granted in Full/Denied in Part”: 0.057% And look at the share of total FOIAs: 2026 → MMTLP = 6.58% of all SEC FOIAs 2025 → MMTLP = 9.77% of all SEC FOIAs So what does the data show? A massive volume of requests… and almost zero disclosure. Year after year. But sure — “nothing unusual,” and we’ll just “see” if anything stands out. The real question is how does he not realize that a space with 100+ people in it aren’t interested in #foiafraud and sending stuff to him and special chris? Is lack of participation not enough for him? Does it occur to him that part of the reason they’re not getting responses back is because people are lying about sending them? 😂 just like with the transfer to AST bullshit that people were pushing while also NOT doing? 😂

MMTLP #FOIAdenial #FOIAfraud #SECnoEnforcement Really? You want public comments on this? What does this mean for MMTLP specifically? 1. The Draft Plan does not reopen the case. It does not compel FINRA to explain the halt. It does not force the SEC to release FOIA records. It does not mandate reconciliation of share counts. 2. It confirms that the SEC knows its enforcement approach has drifted. The plan explicitly states the need to return to Congress’ original intent for enforcement. That is an indirect admission that the agency has been inconsistent. 3. It highlights the exact failures that occurred in MMTLP. The plan’s focus on: -market integrity -rule clarity -enforcement consistency -technology modernization -data integrity …are the same areas where MMTLP exposed catastrophic weaknesses?
