Today I spoke at #FSFConf11 & had 2 endure the sneers of industry & their consultants about how the #NetNeutrality debate is "more heat than light" & if only people REALLY UNDERSTOOD it, they would be happy w. the bright line rules. Today's markup proved then wrong.

Closing out #fsfconf11, @JoeSimonsFTC identifies some differences between @FTC and @FCC. For example, per se violations of FTC Act (e.g., competitors colluding to fix prices or divide markets) are based on history of past enforcement. Theory not enough until it's tried-and-true.
