3 small changes that have made a huge difference in my trading performance:
1) Drawing actual long/short triggers intraday has been huge for me.
2) Drawing long/shirt position targets with risk/reward holds me accountable on the chart to get out of a losing trade.
3) Going back and forth from 5 to 15 minute chart to understand the candlestick psychology has been immensely helpful in confirmation.

Today I fucked up.
Before I explain what I did wrong, I want to make it clear that nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes. I did EXACTLY what I tell everyone else not to do.
We all have red days and usually I am very good at not letting my emotions get the best of me and following my rules.
Today, I broke EVERY rule I have and I got spanked by the market for it.
I am sharing this because trading is not all sunshine and rainbows... Sometimes it just straight up fucks you in the butt...
REMINDED TO ALWAYS FOLLOW YOUR RULES... OR END UP WITH A BIG RED DILDO CANDLE ON YOUR ACCOUNT.
ANYWAY....
I entered an order for 430c sometime this morning and didn't get filled. Forgot to cancel it and wasn't looking at RH. Then, a decent amount of time later, I finally got a push notification that the order filled.... Except it filled A WHILE AGO... Apple's new push notifications since a few updates ago are shit and dont come in unless you leave apps etc...
Anyway.. once I realized, I did exactly what I always tell everyone not to do... I averaged down.
I'm not really upset about the money, I am upset that I broke my rules and that I let you all down.
Anyway, I decided not to swing the calls and will come back fresh tomorrow and build back better (like Biden) and make the account great again (like Trump). This account's come back will be bipartisan and legendary.
Sorry for letting everyone down. :(
