By hasty implementation of quotas, GoM is not only playing with the careers & lives of students, but also risking contempt of court. Supreme Court mentioned an instance. How far will you stick your neck out? https://t.co/AZM5qw0IM2
Stick (one's) neck out:
To expose oneself to some risk, or danger; to put oneself in harm's way. You have to take some risks to be successful, but don't stick your neck out for no good reason. GoM assuring the impossible and issuing the untenable #Ordinance
#DeathbyaThousandCuts. If something is suffering it, lots of small bad things are happening, none of which are fatal in themselves, but which add up to a slow and painful demise. Merit in India is suffering💀-SC/ST/OBC/SEBC/EWS-78%👿 #FairnessInReservation
