Big W! #Vtuber #FalterfireRises #falterblocked #WorldwalkerUniverse #Falterdidnothingwrong Back in February of 2025 @Flip_Uni who, at the time was known after multiple suspensions as @Flip_Universe attempted to false DMCA my main Twitter account of @falter_xv in an attempt to falsely suspend my Twitter, and even went on to take responsibility at said time with multiple false DMCA takedowns and claims. Last month, I filed a second clarification with Twitter support specifying the following: 1: That @CreateMyUnivers and his alternate accounts had been suspended from the Twitter platform, which invalidated his attempts to continue to DMCA me as they were no longer valid due to his suspensions. 2: That @Flip_Uni AKA Flip_Light had failed on the 5 difference ECCB claims and filings, one of which he impersonated my own family and Grandmother on, and when I called him out on it - he attempted to backpedal and have people on YT smeer me for his mistake. And, in those 5 filings, Flip has been permanently barred from filing any addition ECCB claims or filings due to the repeated harassment and false claims against me, lack of ownership of my own content he had attempted to steal from me, and failing to serve proper service by attempting to commit acts of perjury in forging a false service, and in attempting to forge a false description of me, while also lying about contacting my local sherrif and filing the proper legal court form. 3: I also included to Twitter and X Flip's repeated tweets where he had threatened false legal action against me despite having no ownership of my content, his alternate accounts which have doxxed me, and been suspended (including the ones not yet suspended,) and his repeated postings of filings that showed he had lost and had no ownership of any of my content, and therefore was abusing the system. As the DMCAs filed by Flip have now failed, my account will slowly come back to the lime light and you will now see interaction from me more there, though I may still be active here. All evidence of Flip's wrongdoings that he also attempted to bury and censor by doing his false DMCAs will once again, now be public. Including the evidence of the wrongdoings of people like CherriSWTOR, his original suspensions, and even original arguments he's attempted to change and hide by these false DMCA claims and allegations against me. Flip now stands at a total loss of over 15 accounts across multilple platforms. From Steam, to Twitch, to YT, to Discord, Twitter, and in-games as well since his harassment he started at me in 2022. I have a grand total of: drum roll please: No losses. Literally, none. (Oh, and Flip is permanently barred from the ECCB for his harassment of me unless I give him permission to file, while I am allowed to use the ECCB at any time I wish.) So yeah, hold that L, Flip. Can't wait for you to try to spin this.

@obidabs caught ban evading and server raiding on discord with a new alternate account after his past suspension. Caught in 4k! And, now there's evidence that @CreateMyUnivers lied about it too to cover up they got banned. #Falterdidnothingwrong
