Hey @FedEx, explain this! Why would a package that starts in Anaheim, CA, go all the way across the country to come to me in Utah (and it STILL won't be here for another THREE DAYS)? It's crap like this that makes you unreliable! #FedExFails

How does @FedEx continue to stay in business? Three packages in the past week ALL of which were delayed for weather (BS) or ‘operational issues’ and yet 2 UPS, 6 Amazon and even 2 USPS packages on time in the same span. 🤷‍♂️🤡#fedexproblems #fedexfails

Your website is the most inconvenient, confusing & hard to use one I have encountered. I have changed the address my pkg is to be delivered too and there is still no indication the drive knows this. I paid to do this! And there is no way to contact customer service. #FedExFails

Another @FedEx @FedExHelp phone rep just verbally confirmed the case department does not accept calls. When I phrased it as, "So the people working the cases are unavailable to the people the cases are for?" he said a clear, "Yes." 🤦‍♂️ #fedexwhereshipmentsgotodie #fedexfails

@FedEx @FedExHelp just told me through Twitter my package should be delivered today when a phone representative said it is still in the warehouse and won't be delivered today #fedexwhereshipmentsgotodie #fedexfails

2 big box in FedEx are not traceable and FedEx doesn't care to find and the employees say "Packages are lost all the time and we don't find them" Is this FedEx deliver trust, smile and happyness? #FedExFails

@PsAMermaid @FedEx @FedExHelp Horrible!!! They should refund when they know they can’t make their delivery! Why should they keep our hard earned money when they didn’t provide the service on time????? If we didn’t pay them on time, they would be all over us for payment!!! #FedExFails #FedEx #CustomerService
