@FedExHelp @FedEx @FedExHelp, since Case C-245597686 is stalled, I simplified the logistics request. I had a local logistics consultant (age 6) create this specialized map to show your driver how to actually complete the route. Please forward this map to the Palm Springs hub dispatcher. #FedExFail

FedEx is absolute trash. Packages are constantly delivered to the wrong address, dumped in random places, or arrive damaged. At this point, a FedEx tracking number feels more like a gamble than a delivery. #FedExFail #FedEx

My package was supposed to be to me on Friday. It’s now Tuesday and not an update or word from @FedEx on where my package is at or when I should expect for it to be delivered. So frustrating that @Wayfair uses this shipping company. Both companies have been useless in helping me.
