Note to college kids and parents. DO not!!! repeat Do NOT!!! work with @CitizensBank or #FirstMarkServices to refinance your student loans. These greasy folks have no deferrment options beyond 2 months. Be warned. Trash company with Trash business practices.

@Nelnet Please address problems #FirstmarkServices is making. You are the parent company. It's literally impossible to resolve an issue with them because every time you call, they make another mistake. On every level through to supervisor, they are making nonstop mistakes. #Nelnet

That didn't take long. #FirstmarkServices already has a class action against them. Well, it's for a reason different than my issue so maybe they need another one. Contacting the guy who filed this lawsuit to see if others are going through my problem. @Nelnet @DebtCrisisOrg

Filed a BBB complaint against #FirstmarkServices bc they still can't get my payment due date correct. Their mistakes are nonstop which compromise my credit. @Nelnet needs to address these problems. Looking into a class action against them.

I have a theory that @WellsFargo sold their student loan debt to #FirstMarkServices because their an awful company and people will want to consolidate their loans. Possibly with **checks notes** Wells Fargo. #CapitalismKills #CancelStudentDebt

@bbb_us need to check #FirstMarkServices they are continuously charging late fees and claiming that monthly payments, which, includes fees do not get allocated as such although and email clearly states otherwise. @WhiteHouse

If your student loans from #WellsFargo were also sold to #FirstmarkServices—let’s connect! Firstmark Services doesn’t offer income based repayment & increases & backdates interest. We need to stand together against the move to sell our debt to a company with a D- @bbb_us rating

Thank you @WellsFargo for selling my student loans to a company that decided to increase and back date my interest and also does not offer income based repayment options. Thank you making the next 25 years of my life a living nightmare

Shout out to #FirstmarkServices for sending me an email telling me “We’re Here For You,” but going on to tell me how to pay my loan on time online so I don’t call their call center.
