So #firstparking at @uhbtrust and @unibirmingham issued 4x £130 parking tickets despite me displaying a valid permit. Cannot appeal apparently. All issued whilst on duty during the Covid pandemic. So much for supporting the NHS. @NHSEmployers @DHSCgovuk @SteveBarclay
