Big news!!! I'm finally starting to use the treadmill I bought a year ago! Trying to exercise more. Hopefully, it will actually last and I won't give up on it. #FitforRTX

Also #FitForRTX update: I’ve been exercising for about a month now and I’ve lost 7lbs!!! I can’t wait to keep going and hopefully work at eating better along the way ☺️

Running continues! Had to get out there early because we're under a heat advisory (yay Texas) but got it done! For the first time in a long time I'm getting my abs back and I'm THRILLED! And tired. And HUNGRY (Don't worry, I'm still eating a lot)

Fitness log for this week! So Monday-Thurs I ran 6k before work and did the 60/60/60 pushups/situps/squats, and today I upped it to 7k and 70 of all! All the other steps and km come from running around at work! SO MUCH FITNESS!

From last Monday to now, I've run 44k! 5k a day Monday-Thursday, upped it to 6k on Friday. This week I've done 6k a day, and upping to 7k on Friday! Plus 50 pushups/situps/squats on the 5k days, and 60 on the 6k days! #FitForRTX is going AMAZINGLY! #OnePunchFitness

Tonight, I made it through a full training session without burning out. Tonight, for the first time in a while, I caught a glimpse of some muscle definition. Tonight, I’m feeling good.
And I’m not done yet.
