Teaching a workout today was BRU-TAL! I’m so sore from working out at the gym Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Whew and tomorrow isn’t any better which may call for me yelling and pointing! 😂 Thank goodness for the weekend. Total recovery! #fitnessinstructorproblems

Just taught my 1st class in 6 mnths! Thank goodness it was yoga - I kept un-backwardsing my rights & lefts. Would've been a disaster if that was a step class, lol. #fitnessinstructorproblems

When you promised your class that there will be new routines and all you have so far is march on the spot. Just need to think how else to fill the other 44 minutes of a 45 minute class. 😩 #fitnessinstructorproblems #TuesdayMotivation required.

PSA: If you sign up for a class and you don’t show up, you’re rude and inconsiderate. I just drove 30 minutes to the gym to teach a class where I had two people signed up. Neither of them showed up for the class. #fitnessinstructorproblems
