Just to underscore this, the worst immigration reform of the last 30 years (IIRAIRA) and the policy that has caused thousands to die in the desert (Operation Gatekeeper / prevention through deterrence) were implemented under CLINTON.
Just got a green card approved for someone who USED to have a 10 year bar on his record. We successfully got it lifted and the client was able to return to the US.
I'm ecstatic for our client but...the 3/10 year bars serve no purpose other than to separate families.

When your spouse needs medical care and your separated and he needs to go to the hospital in Mexico you have no idea what’s happening. Then need to travel there urgently. Ugh this year is not starting off right. 😩
