In Delta State today, poverty has been weaponized. The poor can no longer rent a home, even legitimate workers cannot afford good shelter, because agents and landlords are allowed to exploit Deltans with outrageous rent hikes. Yet @RtHonSheriff and his administration have failed to provide affordable housing — the very least any responsible government should do.
@RtHonSheriff travels to Brazil, claiming to seek development, but what visible progress have we seen? None. Instead our youths remain unemployed, our parents are too afraid to farm because of insecurity, and business owners pay huge amount of money to task forces disguised as revenue collectors. This is not governance — it is punishment.
And as 2027 approaches, they will come again with half bags of rice, cheap wrappers, and ₦10k, insulting the dignity of Deltans while asking for your votes. We must reject this recycled deception. Fellow Deltans, open your eyes — we cannot continue under leaders who refuse to do the bare minimum for their people. @RtHonSheriff fix delta and watch people speak for you freely, Not the edit we are seeing sir.
Our state deserves better, Our people deserve better, Let us not be fooled again,with unity our state can be great again. No body hate the government we just want progress.
