@NERCNG 4/ Based on actual supply, EFAB Lokogoma aligns more with Band D service. Charging residents Band B tariffs while delivering Band D level supply is unfair and unsustainable. #FixtheLight

@NERCNG My meter has remained on Band A since last year. Neighbours with similar supply were eventually reclassified to Band B after repeated follow up. If this was an honest error, why must customers continually pursue corrections? #FixtheLight

@aedcelectricity You have had two Hiccups now, 1 at 2.31pm and another at 2.46pm The one at 2.46pm is not coming back, I don't want to believe that is the end for today. That is just 23 minutes!
