Discovered that I have some lovely followers whom I am unable to follow back just now due to Twatter #followlimits . Will remedy asap & thank you for the follow.
Warnings what we say that most "tweeters" wouldn't tweet, one would think an algorithm would also align them with other haters of said recipient.
Maybe it's time for some tweaks. Ending #FollowLimits would be a great start!

Trashing accounts that you hate will cause our algorithm to show you more of those accounts, as it is keying off of your interactions.

The 10% at 5,000 following,
and the 400 #DailyLimit which is a rolling limit, and lifts quite fast as long as you spread your follows out across many hours
