Squatted for the first time today since injuring knee in senior 🏈 season. Not the deepest squats, but I was glad that I could have my final set at 185 for 8 reps

I haven’t worked out in a few days because of the time change and it’s bugging me. Im down 3 lbs this week because I’ve eaten better, but I want to be lifting. Looking forward to Spring Break to recharge my battery and keep getting after it

Finished leg day. Incorporated this kneel back leg extension in and it was great. My core isn’t tight enough in some spots so you’ll see me slip, but recommend putting this in your routine if you don’t have a machine

Long day at work but still found the motivation. Bowflex M5 first then bench, DB curls, floor flys, skull crushers, and lateral/frontal raise to smoke the upper body. Rest day tomorrow because it’s a late night at school.
