Given how the possibility of a steve ban is completely discarded due to nintendo's guidelines, I feel like the most we can do to battle this character is to legalize both yoshi's story and lylat (both terrible stages for steve) so they have to waste 1 or 2 bans on those stages. I know most people, including myself, are not fans of those stages but I personally think it's worth it if it means it's gonna nerf steve in some way. It's pretty much undeniable that at this point steve is becoming a huge problem and it’s just gonna get worse over time with how quickly they are improving. I also don’t think it's "too late" because we don't really know when the next smash game is coming out and kagaribi already showed us that the game is still more than alive. I hope TOs take this into consideration 🙏
