@CAgovernor @adamcarolla @SenAdamSchiff @ScottJenningsKY #BacktheBlue #FundtheBlue #FriendiftheBlue I back the Blue 100% - but you cannot and SHOULD NOT take credit for the work they do. ok - you deployed these Crime Suppression Teams in 6/2023 and it is now 9/2026 now so that's 39 months 15,100+ arrests = 387/month 7,000+ stolen vehicles recovered = 179/month 650+ illicit firearms seized = 16/month @CAgovernor The below videos came out 18 MONTHS AFTER your Crime Suppression Teams. Remember, incidents like this are common. Firearms discharged/ mass (mob) robbery / 6 arrested / over 20 involved. Seems like you could have done a lot better. You really think that if these were the results 18 MONTHS after your Crime Suppression Units you should be bragging? Your laws and policies weakened California. Made it more dangerous for the people, and unprofitable for businesses. https://t.co/Pt2k8hs7IK https://t.co/VJuEG5BSuI A reply from your other "similar" post. The "blue lives" includes the National Guard, ICE, and those who retook the apartment complexes taken over by gangs. By the way - the entire nation is at an all-time low for murder. Maybe that is the benefit he is taking credit for? @CAgovernor - what policies have you implemented made this happen? Homicide ↓ 20% When you fail to prosecute for murder and negotiate to manslaughter... yes - the number for murder will appears to fall. Also, are you saying the "genocide" your supporters are claiming ICE is perptrating is not true? How can homicide numbers drop during a genocide? Robbery ↓ 31% Not because of policy, but because retailers are closing stores and those that are remaining open are caging up everything like toothpaste and deodorant to keep people from stealing. No Newsome policy involved. Property crime ↓ 24% When you fail to prosecute and negotiate to lesser crimes... yes - the number for murder will appear to fall. but that is not representative of what is happening. Motor vehicle theft ↓ 19% Really Gavin? - no one can afford gas, the mileage tax, emmission equipment, or the new tire tax. The penalties for owning and operating a car in California are more than the penalties for stealing one. Violent crime ↓ 3% When you fail to prosecute and negotiate to lesser crimes... yes - the numbers for murder will appears to fall. After seeing these Where are the drug use stats? associated deaths? Where are the homeless stats? Where are the stats on fraud convictions vs the total fraud committed? Why are you blocking audits to look into fraud? Why are you stopping reporters from reporting on fraud through new law and fines? How many homes lost in fires have been rebuilt? permitted and in process? vs. no progress at all? How is that train going? When you walk the streets of the great state of California, you can see the true nature of the environment. Your stats, at best, are highly questionable.
