#FrontierFIOS Sucks, They raise my rates , cut my service (no NFL Network amongst others) and won’t give me anything close to what they provide new customers. After 15 years my only option is to leave and go to Spectrum .So much for loyalty

After spending nearly two hours on the phone with #frontierfios for the third time in two weeks my internet is once again not working. Tech was here today and internet was down 5 hours after he left AGAIN. No stream until monday evening now because they cant be here until monday.

Over the last 7 months I have been through 3 accounts, spent 40+ hours on the phone, lost internet for a month, and am now being labeled fraud and made to pay a $500 deposit... all for a simple billing error. #frontierfios @FrontFIOS

@FrontierCorp sucks. We've been without internet since yesterday with still no fix. It's going on in our entire community. My wife has now lost 2 days of work. Horrible customer service! Never had this issue with Verizon FiOS! #frontiercommunications #frontierfios #frontiersucks
