I see a drive to the downtown as a complete waste of time, but 70% of our team in a collab space from time to time is optimal!

@angelogiomateo saw it coming and are ready with our unassigned 1:1.5 #GCWorkplace spaces and built more to be used now as hubs. Bureaucratics to spec, approvals and buy an exist used by other GCs tool for the bookings is to lengthy IMHO not agile. Still plugging away..coming not soon enough.

@dery_stephan @McKinsey Great article. Since before the pandemic, #GCworkplace established that employees who were empowered and treated with empathy to follow their own path through work were better off. Inclusion is a key pillar and efforts to limit flexibility will limit diversity.
There’s no denying that our spaces have come a long way! Seeing the #gcworkplace vision in many of these spaces was inspiring.
They were open, bright, and fit up to include a number of workstations - ranging from collaboration rooms, quiet spaces, board rooms, etc.
