Great talk by my former co-fellow @KeithObstein on #polypectomy techniques - cold snare has similar complete resection rate for polyps <1 cm as hot snare, but less mucosal defect & bleeding. Cold biopsy can be used if lesion fits completely withun cup of forceps (<3 mm). @VUMC_GI
