申込書に記載されている電話番号では #GrowSupport には直接通じず、電話対応窓口も別会社(しかも予約制) 最初に営業電話をしてきたのも別会社。どこまでも��社の姿を隠そうとしている。初めてだけど #国民生活センターと #消費者センターに連絡しようと思います。

【結果報告】 #ギガ光という通信会社。昨年末に「NTTの通信速度が速くなる工事をしたい」と。後日届��た申込書は #NURO光に変える内容でNTTの文字は一切ない。「NTTより安くなる」と言いながら勝手にオプションを付けて倍額になっている。運営会社 #GrowSupport にキャンセルと苦情を言ったら↓
