try not to look at interviews as a mere way to obtain information for your article. instead, actively listen to what your interviewees have to say so you can better understand their experiences, and have more insightful and genuine conversations with them. :~) #GUIDONTips

Be honest and transparent with your editors and costaffers. If you feel overwhelmed by guidon work, you have to let your colleagues know so we can adjust accordingly. Don't ghost because there's a huge domino effect across staffs. #GUIDONTips

don't be like me and don't submit your apps the night of the deadline HAHA its a lot of discipline and time management required, but really start working or at least brainstorm ideas as soon as you apply! app reqs are hell but it's the heaviest workload you'll get #GUIDONTips

#GUIDONTips Go through the instructions in your email lots of times! If you can, put the date and time of your interviews, tests and deadlines in your phone’s calendar and set a reminder for it so you’re always on track. (Machchallenge talaga ang time management skills mo) 😤
