Beneath this placid layer of snow is a long hill, gradual at the bottom, steeper at the top. Every Monday my first 2 years of college cc we ran 10x800, starting at the top, 400 meters down & back up. It was so hard & we got so strong. Hiked there today & smiled at it. #gvlc
