I am all here for the #CABudget discussion on reforming the disco-era #GannLimit... which limits California's ability to put money in reserves.
Giving child care providers the pay raise they deserve will require major #cabudget resources. This means:
➡️Raising ongoing revenues, such as by ending costly tax breaks that provide outsize benefits to the well-off.
➡️Reining in the state spending cap (#GannLimit).
