@Bawoniconsult Absolutely. Especially if it’s entertainment or relaxation based... if a service is supposed to provide me with entertainment or relaxation & it becomes a source of stress or frustration because of poor customer service then it defeats the whole purpose #GhCustomerservChat

@Bawoniconsult #GhCustomerServChat Feedback is important for every brand. Perhaps the big brands have a reputation to protect, while the smaller brands feel no one knows them yet.

@Pentsirrr Yes, this is why the managers should always be visible to customers regardless of what kind of business it is. Accessibility to a manager/supervisor, sometimes makes it easier to provide feedback. #GhCustomerServChat

@Bawoniconsult In my experience, no. They either get very defensive and try to give a number of excuses for why something went wrong or try to offer something in return that does not address the issue at hand at all. #GhCustomerservChat

@Bawoniconsult Cold receptions or being ignored completely when you walk in. A bad attitude(almost as if they are doing you a favor).Not enough attention to detail. Favoritism(very easy to see the difference between how regular customers and first time customers are treated #GhCustomerservChat

@Bawoniconsult I think not enough are. I believe most consumers are likely to just not return. It could be because of the perception that even if they do nothing will be done about it. #GhCustomerservChat

I think they do, when there is the opportunity. Most don't know how to engage the business so they'd rather vent on social media

@aidahbot EMPATHY!!! There are definitely customer service basics that can be EASILY taught and enforced by business owners. They just need to dedicate the time to doing so consistently #GhCustomerServChat

Most consumers do not complain at all. When they do, they complain amongst themselves and not to the appropriate authority. #GhCustomerServChat

I think they are complaining on social media but not directly to businesses where feedback has the most impact on overall customer service. #GHCustomerServChat
