BREAKING: The Judge said Hines is pleading guilty to manslaughter (in Preston Lord's case). the presumptive sentence is 10.5 years. He has another case (aggravated assault involving a vehicle) and it sounds like together the sentences of the two will not go over 21 years. But they are still explaining the details. @abc15
