After years of not using you when I was a faithful customer even had godaddy hats and posters in my office I did again and wish I hadn't -
Just bought a domain for a client and just opened the account the email is wrong there is no password as I never made one π and the employee Jay can't change the email -somehow it was verified and the email on it the account was open sometime in early April according to him -when it was open today like 30 minutes ago, so I want a refund and I'm done using #GoDaddy for anything ever and if I do use them again somebody please shoot me!! Please go listen to the exchange of a lazy employee named Jay!

#Godaddyhelp, I tried to renew my domain on 10 August 2023, which was due for renewal on 11 August 2023. However, I could not proceed to make payment, as I was required to make payment of the redemption fee. I sent an email querying this and no was responded. When I call your customer care line, I was advised that there was nothing Godaddy could do about it.
