Aeration season so I only got on one course, luckily it was the one I wanted the most. Really great layout, one of the better ones I've played. Course was in pretty good shape, minus the fringe, that was bad even for muni standards. A staff member mentioned the course quality has been slowly going down since the new owners took over a few years ago, just milking the money and not investing into the course like they should. Shoutout to @AmericanExpress, @MarriottBonvoy, and Patty at The Manor for getting the greens fee covered and just paying the cart fee.

Great staff, amazing views, 10 minute tee times. Aeration season so I only got on one course, luckily it was the one I wanted the most. Really great layout, one of the better ones I've played. Course was in pretty good shape, minus the fringe, that was bad even for muni standards. Almost 5 hrs on a mid-morning weekday round and running late on the tee sheet really ruins the experience. I tried to be forgiving with the bunkers going from drought to a few days of heavy rain washing them out, but my buddy said they're usually good so. It's on the shorter side, and even fairly open; but good bunker placement, fantastic green contours, and elevation with water make the course a good balance of fun but challenging.

Some variety in the holes with great bunker sand. Would like the greens to be a little more pure but I understand the point of the place with its large cups for practicing. Not sure if I could justify the $20 weekend price, but for $11 on a weekday deal it's a solid option if you're short on time.
