One major suspicious expenditure that we discovered was the payment of N2.5bn to 8 individual accounts by the Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs. #GovSpend
MDAs with the lowest expenditure include the Ministry of Aviation(N14bn), Ministry of Petroleum Resources(N12bn) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs(N5bn). #GovSpend
Five MDAs with the highest expenditure within this period are the Ministry of Defence(N479bn), Federal Ministry of Education(N263bn), Ministry of Finance(N195bn), Ministry of Works and Housing(N119bn) and Federal Ministry of Agriculture(N106bn). #GovSpend
Our analysis of disbursements within this period reveals Payments without Description totalling N2.05bn, and Payments made to Personal Accounts totalling N4.95bn. FG has done a lot in ensuring a reduction of these occurrences, but more still needs to be done. #GovSpend
