チューブは弱めの黄と強めの緑の2つがあるけど、スイング練習は黄色が良い。チューブの効果により、体幹でクラブを上げる感覚が養われる。また、インパクトゾーンのブレもこころなしか安定してきてる気がする。
なかなか良い練習器具。
