The fallacy is each group member having an equal part in the task and an equal outcome. The misplaced assessment fallacy perhaps.
Some will take the lead, others will support, some might challenge and some will observe. One might disengage.

One person on the table will be chosen at random to describe the tables collective decision. The definition the table agrees upon.
