@RBI Dy Governor M.K.Jain, sends experts frm IT field to investigate the @HDFC_Bank system outage which occurred 2 times this month. Also Bank did not informed stock exchange’s on this #hdfcbankdown. Now customers not able to load cash in #FASTag #hdfcfasttag cc @DasShaktikanta

#hdfcfasttag random amount deducted. Vehicle is at home and received a message of deducted amount at shahzahanpur toll. Even vehicle didnt moved.. serious offence. @HDFC_Bank @nitin_gadkari Government is making it mandatory and customer is getting looted

Sir @nitin_gadkari time to ban #HDFCFasttag Random amount deducted on name of Adjustment, call centre waiting for 15 mins, they don't raise tickets. Emailed but no reply. Worst service and randomly deducting money. @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank
