The patient presents with lymphadenopathy, splenomegaly, cytopenias, rash and abnormal-looking monocytoid cells with strong basophilia and microvacuoles. +ve Markers - CD2, CD4, 56, 123, CD45 weak, TDT -ve Markers - MPO, CD34, CD16, CD5, CD64, CD22 #Haemed #Haempath ?correct

Patient presents with massive organomegaly plus liver dysfunction. Large lymphoid cells on blood smear. Cells CD2 and CD3 positive, CD7 variable. Negative for CD4, CD8, TDT, CD56 and CD57. TCR GD rearrange. Ki67 100%. ?diagnosis. #haemed #hempath #haematology
