Our under 14 football team competed impressively last night against Cathkin High School. Two goals from James in #HamiltonS2 leveled the score 2-2 at half time. After a challenging second half, @CathkinHigh School took the lead and the victory. #HamiltonConfidence

It is shoebox time again in Hamilton College RME department. Our #HamiltonS2 classes have been taking part in the ‘Operation Christmas Child Shoebox appeal’. The project delivers what for many children, is their first gift ever.
#HamiltonS2 learners enjoyed a day out at ‘Our Dynamic Earth’ yesterday as part of their Social Subjects course. They spent the morning viewing the interactive galleries and learning about the changes to planet earth’s environments, vegetation, animals, and people through time.

Last week #HamiltonS2 were studying Earth Forces as part of their Geography class.
They created chatterbox volcanoes to show their internal structure and hid interesting facts about the formation of volcanoes within these to be discovered by peers.
On Friday our #HamiltonS1 and #HamiltonS2 learners attended a live theatre production delivered by 'SMASHED', a touring show to raise awareness of the dangers of underage drinking.
On Wednesday #HamiltonS2 and #HamiltonS3 played at a friendly Netball tournament at the John Wrights center.
Team 1 played 4 games, winning all of these and our 2nd team played 3 games with a win, draw and a loss.
