π¨This afternoon a #VanguardRST officer witnessed this van, towing a trailer, being driven in the offside lane of the M25, which is an endorsable offence.
πWhen stopped, roadside checks revealed that the driver had already accumulated fifteen points on his driving licence.
It therefore didn't come as any great shock to police when the driver presented a fraudulent insurance document.
The officer reported the driver to court for all of the offences and seized the vehicle.π

So this #HardWorkingDriver will go to court and be disqualified again, because the first one obviously worked really well.
Then they'll just carry on driving until the next time they are caught, if ever. And the cycle continues.
This BMW was stopped on the #M6 whereby the driver not only held a provisional driving licence, he was also disqualified from driving. Driver has been reported for all offences and the BMW has been seized.
