I once read: WHERE is the money for medical science? Maybe they are really under budget (worldwide?)
What you need to know:
Money is HERE needed because this chemical analysis are NOT there or they can't afford it or both. Even here in rich Austria, some medical centers from the government can not make blood work/analysis of some STANDARD medicine (for mental health). IF you can donate to your local hospital or just go there and search for a donation box (some hospitals have them). Maybe you find the bank account details on the homepage of your local hospital (also private clinics have often something like an account for the poor). OF COURSE do we EXPECT from rich countries/hospitals to SHARE the money/resources (even if that means to TRAVEL with (hidden money/equipment (money ONLY on your body) to third world countries (that are under US-sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea...) (COORDINATE IT BEFORE VERY WELL (maybe you just need to send some money with international money transfer services that work in "your" nation).
IF you work for a manufacturer for this kind of medical stuff (and you know that the process of approving is long/difficult/too bureaucratic...) just check the number who is calling and check the name of the person (ask details (like address+asking what was the amount of the last order from them is CRYPTO (that's almost impossible for a saboteur to guess) and proof it fast. You may increase your production of chemicals).

The richest country by GPD per CAPITA gives so much to the poorest ones (number one gives to the (#1-5) poorest country in the world, number two gives to the (#6-8) poorest countries in the world. Countries with a huge gdp and a good value on the GPD by capita (e.g. USA, Germany) help so many nations as they CAN (it is possible that even more money comes from smaller nations, because there folks donate more (because they did take care more of their money then others).
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
IF you think your hospital is more or less in a satisfied financial situation (you must be honest) and tell the donor that they shall ask someone else (at the moment do NOT buy expensive equipment if we have somewhere else life threatening situations).
CRUEL, BUT TRUE: doctors must OFTEN choose who they serve and WHO they let LITERALLY die in the queue ( that's a fact in many extreme poor nations (where for each doctor there are up to 50 000 patients (in Germany ratio 1:~300). Be patient and PRAY if you are in the queue and miracles happens in poor nations often much easier. Remember: the best is of course that Almighty healed you and not "my" treatment.
I suppose that these chemicals are not that far expensive. It may make sense, that things rich countries throw away shall be transported personally from one nation to another (e.g. things that can be desinfected without problems like scissors (maybe your trip with bags full of stuff is cheaper instead of them buying them new (disinfect that stuff before (remember that many regions in the world have already problems with water)(calculate what is cheaper (maybe ordering it in China is cheaper). If you know already that ordering stuff is complicated and takes too much time (then it's obvious that you will make a trip (IMPORTANT: given that it is humanitarian DO communicate it with the embassy of this nation (you may get a permission to enter with an entire (hired) truck/ship (do NOT take things for your family or non-medical stuff(/only water (do NOT export food (We have a lot of new animals in Cuba because of our doctors travelling so much).

I "invented" this methods during my first classes of medicine at the university. The classes were about cancer.
Skin cancer:
1) laser (like removing a wart)
2) Alcohol (alcohol is like a own VERY aggressive kind of acid) maybe you do not (start at) 100% (if it's difficult or impossible for you to get it ask someone of the family to buy rum/vodka (I would start with at least 40% alcohol (you can start with 1 ml and see what happens (in the middle of the cancer (by an injection inside the cancer))
Regarding alcohol look for statics(or make one) with folks who drink too much (which kind of diseases do they don't have?)
3) and finally a peeling (of the area)
Remember: NOT all from ancient medicine/doctors were 100% wrong (this doctor who talked that the human body also exists of mucus (one from the middle east/middle age?, but one of the most famous ones for the science of medicine (VERY important: you MAY find GOLD in your university books/manuscripts(especially at the beginning of the study?)
Make several analysis on the cancer: maybe one area is more aggressive then the other. If not I will always start in the middle/where it started or on the border or both at the same time.
If the skin cancer is invisible make a "map" of the body of the patient by analysing the skin as much as possible (for example every 1-3 cm)
Blood cancer:
Let them drink alcoholic beverages and sea water (mixed 1:2 with sweet water (not more then one liter of seawater (with 2 liter of sweet water/day) and eat (only) food that fights cancer (e.g. apples ONLY from soils that are NOT overexploited (especially the USA has big areas, where there are still good soil/fruits). You may inject clean seawater/alcohol directly in the veins. IF some things are prohibited in your nation just talk with the patient AND the family members and make a WRITTEN document (signed by at least one family member also) and that can save you from trouble. Make them also clear that in medicine the line between miracle and death is sometimes very thin!!! And that if they don't experiment around, they never gain experience.
Use also (soft) FIRE/high temperatures (see fever)/hot water.
If it's internal I would start at the border OR in the center OR where it is the most aggressive OR a mix of all.
Important: OBSERVE VERY CAREFUL what happens to the growth of cancer according to the Dosage of the medicine. Maybe at early stadiums a lower dosage is useful and an aggressive cancer can only be beaten by a huge "invasion" at the beginning OR reverse (?).
Something else: in order to monitor the progress making regular blood work can make a lot of sense. I remember that when I was doing sports (gym, walking (dogs), eating more or less healthy AND taking about 15 minerals/vitamins a day and happy
