On phone w/ wife trying to help answer question for @ATT guy there to hook up service (we are about to buy your product!) Less than 30 secs into conversation she said “oh, wait! Well, too late. He just drove off!” @ATTHelp your service is AWFUL!! #timetocutthecord #hellocomcast

@ATT Fix your outages, treat your employees right. for this most recent outage i was offered a $2.58 credit to my bill. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH ALL THAT MONEY #hellocomcast

Hey @comcast & @comcastcares, it’s been 8 hours with no internet with 0 update from anyone. Are there actually people trying to correct the issue?? #hellocomcast
