Had the absolute pleasure of working with 2 pupils last week on today’s @Hertsmaths #HfLSummer6 task. One “just knew” instantly it was 18 & found it challenging to prove it & articulate the working backwards process. Whereas the other found using the pictorial necessary to solve.

#Hertsmaths Year 6 pupils at St Cuthbert Mayne had a go at DAY 6 of #HfLSummer6 as a registration activity this morning. This pupil tried a grid using negative numbers to challenge his talk partner.
