Hey @HiltonHotels @Hilton @HiltonHotels … there are 1000’s of pissed off people right now because your systems are down and you are making it worse by not making a statement. Lack of communication won’t help. #HiltonFail

@HiltonHonors @EmbassySuites A health hazard at ur Embassy Suites in Jacksonville FL. On 1/1, your housekeeping left DIRTY CLEANING RAGS in our bathtub. We had to clean the room ourselves. As Hilton Honors members, we are appalled. Formal complaint sent to GM & CEO. #HiltonFail

Diamond status @HiltonHonors AND the specific representation of rooms on the @HiltonHotels app mean NOTHING. Reserved & charged for ocean front room in Deerfield Beach FL. Takes a complete lack of regard for the most loyal customers to do this & not fix it. No words. #hiltonfail

@HamptonByHilton @HiltonHotels Way to price gouge in Lubbock! Thanks for the $438/night rate in a rundown hotel. Bad for your brand! #HiltonHotels #HiltonBrandFail #hotelsinlubbock #lubbockhotels #hiltonfail

Snagged a @HiltonGardenInn room in Norwalk CT, during our power outage, and they are not enforcing mask wearing even though signs are everywhere. #coronavirus #MaskUp #hiltonfail

@HiltonGardenInn in Ames, IA @ 6:20 pm. Over a dozen rooms are not available / ready until at least 9:00pm. Reasons from staff / manager? “We’re short-staffed due to flu season and our washer and dryers weren’t working earlier.” Excellent customer service Hilton! #hiltonfail

Thank you @HiltonHotels for ruining Christmas and losing a reservation I made back in June. A reservation I confirmed last week with the property. Now I have no place to stay for Christmas. Happy Holidays #HiltonFail
