PSA to all my #budgettravel friends - do NOT use @Hotwire #hotrate deals for car rentals. We arrived, have no rental car, #hotwire won't refund or help. We've lost several hours and wasted a couple hundred dollars of our budget having to book on site at the airport. #traveltips

@Hotwire That's true; I applaud you. But how many customers see regular @Expedia rate or HW #HotRate of $80/night - and select-prioritize hotel as cheaper vs competing hotel at $90/night? Then see booking screen...$80 hotel is really $110 with $30 #resortfee? Thoughts...@killresortfees?
