PUBLICATION: In their study, "The #antibody repertoire of #autoimmune sensory neuronopathies targets pathways of the innate and adaptive immune system. An autoantigenomic approach," Christian P. Moritz and colleagues conducted a retrospective cohort study using #HuProt to investigate the humoral autoantibody repertoire in autoimmune sensory neuronopathies (SNN). They found that these autoantibodies target key pathways of both the innate and adaptive immune systems, "potentially reflecting key disease-related immune pathways and highlighting the systemic role of immune dysregulation in SNN."
