رسمياً من #صنعاء .. رئيس الجمهورية اليمنية مهدي المشاط يصدر القرار الأهم على مستوى المنطقة والعالم ودخوله حيز التنفيذ من الآن
أصدر فخامة المشير الركن مهدي المشاط القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة اليمنية اليوم، القرار الرئاسي رقم (107) لسنة 1445هـ بشأن تصنيف الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والمملكة المتحدة البريطانية دولتين معاديتين للجمهورية اليمنية.
واشتمل القرار على أربع مواد، تنص الأولى على تصنيف الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والمملكة المتحدة البريطانية بالمستوى الأول (أ/3) المنصوص عليه في المادة (5) من قانون تصنيف الدول والكيانات والأشخاص المعادية للجمهورية اليمنية، باعتبارهما دولتين داعمتين وحاميتين وراعيتين للكيان الصهيوني ومشاركتهما في جرائم الإبادة الجماعية التي يرتكبها الكيان الصهيوني بحق الشعب الفلسطيني.
وتنص المادة الثانية على أن “تعامل الدولتان المذكورتان في المادة السابقة كدولتين معاديتين للجمهورية اليمنية ويتم التعامل معهما وفقاً لمبدأ المواجهة”.
فيما تنص المادة الثالثة من القرار على أن “يتولى مركز تنسيق العمليات الإنسانية HOCC اتخاذ الإجراءات والتدابير اللازمة لتنفيذ التصنيف، كما تتولى أجهزة الأمن المختصة مواجهة أنشطة الدولتين المذكورتين في الداخل، بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة”.
ونصت المادة الرابعة بالعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره ونشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
